Experience Pay
Upon hire with Celadon Canada, Company Drivers will benefit from their past experience at previous companies instead of everyone starting at the same rate regardless of experience level.
The starting pay is as follows:

Production Based Pay Increases
In addition to the base rate above, you will earn a ½ cent pay increase every 60,000 miles you run until you reach $0.44 per mile! For example, a driver at the 3-year experience level will earn $0.415 per mile after the first 60,000 miles, and then upon the next 60,000 miles, the base rate will be adjusted to $0.42 per mile and so forth, up to a cap of $0.44 per mile.
Your Potential Pay will be $0.45 per mile!

Upon hire with Celadon Canada, Company Team Drivers will receive a base rate of $0.50 split. After your first full month, we will pay you based on the miles you ran the previous month. Below is the pay schedule following the first full month of employment:

The big news here is that the mileage bands make it very achievable to earn $0.50 per mile split, achieve your potential base pay and still take advantage of our generous vacation plan. Plus, top base pay is $0.52 per mile split!
Your Potential Pay will be $0.53 (split) per mile, including our Safety bonus!
dedicated home time fleet
This fleet is designed for drivers who need routine home time without sacrificing good miles.
Operating Area:
Runs vary - Mostly between Southwestern Ontario and Southeastern U.S.A.
Days Out / Home Time:
Approximately 5 days out followed by 2 days off.
Average Miles Per Week:
2,500 – 2,700 miles
Pay Schedule:
Same base rate pay and benefits as our Company Long Haul Solo Fleet
Average Weekly Pay:
$1,075 - $1,160 per week.
